Great location. We usually come here to get our party supplies and during the autumn, we shop for Halloween stuff and costumes.

The customer service of the cashier was awesome, but when it came to the helium for the balloons the lady with the blue tips was so rude. Hope management talks to her about her attitude. Sucks because this was my first time in the store I would not be coming back to this location for any of my work events..

Should rename their store, figure out on your own store! Staff are well habituated not to help find out an item when asked and randomly point anywhere they like. They probably are either unwilling to sell items from store or think that the map of the store was taught in school.

This store is great. You can find anything Patty related here. I had to wait a long time to get some inflated balloons tho, because the cashier is the same person who take care of put the air in the balloons.

Overpriced and staff was ok but whoever was the security walking around was very rude and followed me and my family around while other customers were stealing and running out the door.

I would give them 10 stars if I could .They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter received her balloons at her hotel( which is not as easy as you might think).Roger was so helpful and went beyond what he would be expected to do.Again, 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me ! …
